Geneva Benefits Report Presented; Recommendations Approved

byFaith reports that Geneva Benefits Group presented its report to the Assembly and that the Assembly approved all recommendations from the committee.

Geneva raised $1.6 million in general support in 2025 — nearly triple the previous high of six years ago — from 245 contributing churches. New wellbeing initiatives include pastoral cohorts and an expanded sabbatical matching program for under-resourced churches. Geneva also received a $1 million Lilly Endowment grant for financial literacy programs and $2.3 million through Covenant Seminary's Lilly collaborative grant.

Geneva's Relief Trust — one of the few such funds among NAPARC denominations — continues to provide Financial Assistance Awards to TEs, retired TEs, and their widows in dire financial need. The ministry currently serves two-thirds of PCA churches and aims to reach the whole denomination.
